SYSTEM UPDATE: Transition to an Enhanced ERP System

Dear Valued Partner,

We would like to inform you about an important change in our ERP system.
From Friday, 21st of February, until Sunday, 23rd of February, we will transition to an enhanced version of our current ERP system.

Key information for your communication:

Our ERP system will be offline from Friday, 21st of February, until Sunday, 23rd of February.
SP Connect will also be unavailable during this period.
From Monday, 24th of February, we expect to be fully operational with the enhanced version of our ERP system.

Please be aware that this major transition may have some impact on our communication and processes. We kindly ask for your understanding if certain tasks take a bit longer during the initial phase (first week of usage).
