New Connect-Update / System interruption

Dear Customer

We are currently implementing updates to improve the processes in Connect. These include:

• Adjustment of the ordering process
  • The 48h rule (automatic release) will be removed.
• Direct approval during order placement in Connect
• Production drawings will only be sent on request

Due to this update, there will be a brief system interruption on 31.08.2022 at 4.00 pm.

In this context, there may be a performance problem with the display of orders. Sunparadise is already working on solving the problem and it should be fixed within the next few days.
